Hello people!
My name is John O’Dowd. I’m a lecturer in the School of Law, University College Dublin, Ireland. My main academic interests are in constitutional law and human rights. If you follow this blog you probably find that it often mentions freedom of expression internationally and constitutional and political developments in India and its neighbours, as well as dealing with what’s going on in Ireland in these areas.
I have a doctoral thesis to complete over the next few months, so I probably won’t be blogging that often but I hope to post something at least once every week.
